Special consumables can achieve large-volume cfDNA extraction and FFPE block automatic extraction. The instrument can transfer samples through the tips, blow to achieve sufficient mixing of samples, and an external magnet can adsorb magnetic beads onto the inner wall of the tip to achieve the transfer of magnetic beads. The reaction system can be up to 15 mL, and the minimum processing volume of the elution well is 20 μL.

After the detection is completed, the instrument automatically performs homogenization processing based on the concentration results and is used for subsequent and automated PCR set-up.
