1. Long vacuum maintenance time: thirty-one days after vacuuming
The change in vacuum degree is less than 6%.
2. Made of high-quality polycarbonate injection molding.
3. No need to use sealing grease. The upper and lower parts of the vessel are sealed with high-quality silicone rubber O-rings.
4. The top of the container is a flat retainer, making it easy to hold. When the plug seal is installed on the top, it can be stacked stably in conjunction with the annular protrusion on the bottom.
5. There is a conical threaded hole on the top and the side of the base. The valve can be screwed and fixed on any screw hole. The other screw hole is equipped with a vacuum gauge to accurately understand the vacuum status in the container at any time. It can also be sealed with a plug.
6. The valve core is precision processed from metal materials, and the air intake flow is gradually and stably adjusted from small to large. 7. After the needle valve is tightened with a little force with your fingers, the air leakage will be zero under one atmospheric pressure.
8. The needle valve and the trachea are connected by quick-change joints. The connector can rotate freely 360 degrees, and the trachea is made of imported soft nylon tube.
9. Two needle valves can be installed at the same time, one for vacuuming and one for introducing inert gas to achieve vacuum preservation in an inert gas atmosphere.
10. Applicable working temperature -40°C~120'°C.
