3, liquid soaking method. Generally used formalin 100 times liquid, first soak the seeds in water for 3 to 4 hours, and then put into the liquid soaked for 20 minutes, remove the water can be rinsed to germinate. Cucumber seeds soaked in water for 2 hours, the liquid can be soaked for 30 minutes. This method can control tomato early blight, eggplant brown streak disease, cucumber anthracnose, blight and so on. Can also be aimed at different diseases to be controlled, the use of different liquid seed dipping.
Third, soak the seeds: germination before the seeds must be soaked, but the soaking time should not be too long. Tested, cucumber with 1 to 2 hours, pepper, eggplant, tomato with 3 to 4 hours to soak the seed is more appropriate (including seed disinfection treatment of the immersion time).
Fourth, germination: the soaked seeds to control the water, with good ventilation gauze package, pay attention to make the seeds in a loose state, do not press too tight. During germination, such as seed drying, can be flushed with water.
The key to germination is the temperature, the seeds into the incubator, set the appropriate temperature and germination time: cucumber 28 ~ 30 ℃, germination time 16 ~ 24 hours; tomato 28 ~ 30 ℃, germination time 3 days; bell peppers 33 ~ 35 ℃, germination time 4 ~ 5, eggplant 30 ℃, germination time 4 ~ 5 days.
