Instructions for use and maintenance of the sterilizer
1. To ensure safe use, ensure that the sterilizer power cord has a good grounding.
2. The sterilizer should be placed in a suitable environment, which should be ventilated and dry, and free of flammable and explosive items.
3. Do not remove the lead seals and screws on the safety valve and steam release valve.
4. The items stacked in the sterilizer should not exceed 4/5 of the volume, otherwise there will be safety hazards.
5. When the sealing ring is attached with oil, it is easy to damage the colloid and cause air leakage, so stress should be avoided.
6. Chemicals that cause explosion or sudden pressure increase when in contact with steam media cannot be sterilized in the sterilizer.
7. When stacking sterilized items, ensure that there is enough space, and the air outlet of the safety valve and steam release valve cannot be blocked to ensure smooth air flow and safety.
8. Liquids should be filled in heat-resistant glass bottles for sterilization. The liquid should not exceed 3/4 of the bottle volume. The bottle mouth should not use perforated rubber or cork stoppers, but cotton yarn stoppers.
9. Do not sterilize items of different types and with different sterilization requirements together.
10. After sterilization, steam cannot be released immediately. The remaining gas can only be discharged after the pressure gauge pointer returns to zero.
11. The pressure gauge should be calibrated regularly and replaced in time when necessary.
12. Check the safety valve regularly and replace it immediately when it fails.
13. Check the sealing ring frequently and replace it in time.
14. After using the sterilizer, the water in the container should be removed, and the scale on the container or electric heating tube should also be cleaned to extend its life.
