1) Precautions and maintenance of fully automatic vertical high-pressure steam sterilizer
1. When the fully automatic vertical high-pressure steamer is in use, the safety valve should be maintained and inspected. When the equipment is idle for a long time and reused, the small wrench on the safety valve should be pulled to check whether the valve core is flexible to prevent the influence of spring corrosion. The safety valve trips.
2. When the equipment is working, when the pressure gauge indication exceeds 0.165Mpa, the safety valve does not open. You should turn off the power immediately and open the vent valve knob. When the pressure gauge pointer returns to zero, wait for 1-2 minutes before opening the container cover. And replace the safety valve in time.
3. When stacking items, it is strictly forbidden to block the air outlet of the safety valve. Space must be left to ensure that it can deflate smoothly. 4. Before each use, you must check whether the water in the outer barrel is maintained at the footrest of the barrel.
5. When the device continues to work, 5 minutes should be left when performing new operations, and the upper cover should be opened to allow the device time to cool down.
6. For liquids, the liquid should be canned in a hard heat-resistant glass bottle, preferably no more than 3/4 of the volume. Use a cotton gauze stopper at the mouth of the bottle. Do not use unopened rubber or cork stoppers. Special note: Steam is not allowed to be released immediately when the liquid is finished. The remaining steam must be released after the pressure gauge pointer returns to zero.
7. Do not put items of different types with different requirements, such as dressings and liquids, together to avoid taking one thing at the expense of another and causing losses.

2). Operation steps
Before the controller works, first turn on the power switch and turn on the power. After the controller enters the working state, you can start the following operations:
1. Turn the handwheel to open the outer bucket cover, take out the mesh basket, and take out the water baffle.
2. Close the drain valve tightly, add clean water into the outer bucket, and the water level reaches the bottom of the bucket (under the water baffle). When used continuously, the amount of water must be replenished after each time.
3. The fully automatic vertical high-pressure steamer returns the water plate and the mesh basket. After wrapping the items, place them in the mesh basket sequentially, leaving gaps between them, which is conducive to the penetration of steam and improves the effect.
4. Push the outer barrel cover to align the container cover with the barrel mouth. Rotate the handwheel clockwise until the door close indicator light goes out, so that the container cover is completely tight with the plane of the bucket mouth, and the interlocking device matches the recess of the gear.
5. Connect one end of the rubber tube to the deflation pipe, insert the other end into a container filled with cold water, and close the manual deflation valve (clockwise to tighten, counterclockwise to open).
6. During the heating process, when the temperature controller shows that the temperature is less than 102 degrees, the solenoid valve controlled by the temperature controller will automatically release steam to eliminate the cold air in the barrel. When it is greater than 102 degrees, it will automatically stop releasing steam. If a large amount of air is still being released, the manual air release valve is not closed tightly and should be closed in time; when the steam pressure (temperature) in the fully automatic vertical high-pressure steamer rises to the required pressure (temperature) value, the timing indicator light will light up.
7. When the set temperature and time of the fully automatic vertical high-pressure steamer are completed, the electronic control device will automatically turn off the heating power, the "work" indicator light and "timing" indicator light will go out, accompanied by a buzzer reminder, and the panel will display " End", it ends at this time. When the pressure in the container drops to close to "zero" due to cooling, open the cover and take out the sample.
