About Plastic Bottles
A container used in a chemical laboratory to hold pure water and equipped with a device for emitting a fine stream of liquid. There are two commonly used types: blow-out type and extrusion type. The blow-out type consists of a flat-bottomed glass flask and a bottle mouth device, a short blow pipe and a long water outlet pipe. The extrusion type consists of a bottle mouth device and an outlet pipe of a plastic narrow-mouth bottle. Plastic wash bottles are used for quantitative transfer of solutions and washing and transfer of precipitation.
