Open Air Shakers MDS-300D

The microorganisms used for antibiotics are aerobic bacteria, and during the culture process, argon (air) must be continuously provided. Otherwise, microorganisms cannot grow and synthesize antibiotics better. Therefore, when using a shaker to culture microorganisms, the eccentricity and rotational speed of the shaker are one of the important factors that affect the growth of microorganisms and the synthesis of antibiotics. So far, the advent of this shaker has created better experimental conditions for China's biopharmaceutical research and application fields. Increasing the eccentricity of the shaker can more effectively improve the "supply" of oxygen during the culture process and improve the culture medium. For example, in an experiment with 50ml of culture medium in a 500ml Erlenmeyer flask, a shaker with an eccentricity of 25mm at 220-250rm can make the rotating liquid level of the culture solution reach 6-6.2cm. The culture medium forms a layer around the bottle wall, which significantly increases the gas-liquid contact area, thereby increasing the "uptake" speed of the culture medium into CO2 in the air and the speed of CO2 elimination. When the eccentricity is 13mm, the liquid level height of the culture medium is only 4-4.2cm at 300rpm, and the liquid level height at 350rpm is about 5cm. Therefore, when cultivating microorganisms with a small eccentricity, the only way to improve the oxygen uptake rate is to reduce the loading volume and increase the rotation speed too high. The disadvantage is that when the loading volume is too small and the culture time is long, the water in the culture solution will Excessive volatilization will cause the culture solution to be too viscous, causing the dissolved hydrogen to decrease instead. It is difficult to increase the "intake" rate by increasing the rotation speed too high (above 300rpm). Therefore, the advent of this shaker completely solved the problem This problem.

Equipment Security. Exceeding guard system can automatically cut off the heating power secure the equipment, when the heating device is out of control.
