NLY-50 Electronic fracture apparatus

Digital electronic torque meter NLY-50 is a high-precision instrument that applies computer, sensor, and digital electronic testing technology. It is a modern instrument product that combines two instruments to detect the tightening torque and loosening torque between glass or plastic bottles, containers, medicine bottles and their caps and caps used in packaging in light industry and pharmaceutical industry.
NLY-50 is an upgraded version of NLY-50IV. Its detection is simple and high-precision; its control and display are simple and convenient, and its modes, target values, settings, special software, and structural hardware have all reached international standards.

Technical features:

1. The two instruments of tightening and loosening are combined into one;

2. LCD touch screen color screen display, control and operation are simple and convenient;

3. There is a target value setting and a pass rate percentage after the test;

4. Special wrenches are provided for large-volume inspections to improve efficiency.


  Instrument parameters:

1. Engineering units: Nm, Ncm, Kgm, Ibfm;

2. Torque range: 5Nm (500Ncm); 10Nm (1000Ncm);

3. Grid value/accuracy: 0.01Nm—0.001Ncm;

4. Display/output: 7-inch LCD touch color screen for display, control and operation; printout; 3000 pieces of data can be exported via USB.

5. It has modern management functions: multi-level hierarchical management, audit tracking, data storage and analysis, pass rate percentage, special software computer network remote transmission, etc.
