Fat Extractor

The fat extractor is composed of three parts: extraction bottle, extraction tube, and condenser. There are siphon tubes and connecting tubes on both sides of the extraction tube. The connections between each part must be tight to prevent air leakage. During extraction, wrap the sample to be tested in a degreasing filter paper bag and put it into an extraction tube. Add petroleum ether into the extraction bottle, heat the extraction bottle, the petroleum ether vaporizes, rises from the connecting pipe into the condenser, condenses into liquid and drips into the extraction tube, leaching the lipids in the sample.
