Mercury-free differential pressure sensing method. The aerobic respiration of microorganisms in a closed culture bottle consumes oxygen to produce carbon dioxide. Sodium hydroxide is used to absorb the carbon dioxide in the bottle, causing the air pressure in the bottle to become low. A pressure sensor is used to monitor changes in the air pressure in the bottle. And converted into BOD value;
Independent BOD test terminal, BOD meter base supports samples to be added to the measurement system at any time, and can measure 6 samples at the same time;
The sample culture time can be set from 1 to 30 days;
Temperature compensation delay supports automatic operation after the sample temperature reaches the culture constant temperature;
The system automatically completes the measurement and shuts down automatically after the measurement is completed, no need for supervision;
Automatically save process data and support viewing the latest set of detailed data;
Test data does not need to be converted, and test results can be automatically displayed and stored;
Supports viewing and deletion of historical data;
Supports storage of 10 years of BOD 5 test data;
The base of the BOD meter is connected to the power supply socket of the thermostatic box;
BOD test terminal, powered by large-capacity lithium battery;
With automatic sleep function and wake-up function;
Supports backlight brightness adjustment.
